鸡骨草胶囊中栀子提取工艺研究及有效成分含量测定

摘　　要：目的：探讨鸡骨草胶囊中主要原料药栀子的含量测定鸡骨草胶囊方法及提取工艺。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定鸡骨草胶囊有效成分含量,应用正交设计法优选栀子提取工艺。结果：栀子苷在0.06-1.2μg（r=0.999 8）范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.28%（RSD=1.18）。结论：该方法简便、有效、准确、重复性好,可用于鸡骨草胶囊有效成分的提取和测定。Objective：To discuss the method of determination and the extraction techniques of Gardenia in Jigucao capsule.Methods：The main raw material drug of Jigucao capsule was determined by HPLC.Using Orthogonal design experiments to the experiment.Results：Jigucao and Geniposide has a good linear relationship in 0.06-1.2μg.The coefficient of recovery in Geniposide was101.28%（RSD=1.18%）。It has a good sample recovery.Conclusion：The method is simple,stable accurate and eproductible and can be used as determination and the extraction techniques of Jigucao capsule.
