新规则对蹦床比赛的影响及其对策研究

摘　　要：为了研究实施蹦床新规则后对运动员运动名次的影响以及两套成绩组成因素之间关系的变化,本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、统计分析法,对参加2012年伦敦奥运会男子蹦床比赛16运动员的成绩及成绩构成因素飞行分、难度分、完成分进行了研究。通过分析发现:(1)难度分在成绩中占的比重降低,预赛第一套成绩对预赛成绩的重要性提高;(2)加入飞行分后,蹦床运动员动作规格质量对整套动作成绩的贡献率升高。换言之,运动员整套动作完成的规格质量的重要性提高了;(3)决赛技术分损失的多少和决赛名次的变化高度相关,增加难度分的同时控制技术分和飞行时间分的损失更能决定决赛成绩的高低。因此,在以后的训练中需注意:(1)预赛第一套动作要适当减"难",强化"高";(2)预赛第二套动作和决赛套动作增"难"的同时应控制"高"的损失。This paper uses literature method,video observation,statistic analysis method,Components of the 16 athletes,participating in the 2012 London Olympics men＇s trampoline competition results and achievements flight points,the difficulty points,completed in research. The analysis found that：（1） the difficulty reduced the proportion of sub-accounts in the results,the preliminaries first set of results on the preliminary results of the importance.（2） flight points trampoline Players＇ Action specifications quality increased the contribution rate of the entire exercise results. In other words,athletes set of actions to complete the specifications of the importance of quality improved.（3） Finals loss to the technical points and the lifting of the final ranking highly relevant,as well as increase the difficult points and control technology and flight time points loss more can decide the final result. In the later training：（1） the preliminary contest for the first set of actions appropriate reduction＂difficult＂,strengthen the＂high＂.（2） preliminary set of movements to add a second set of movements and final＂difficult＂to control the loss of＂high＂.
