高校思想政治理论课教学中嵌入高兹劳动观的思考

摘　　要：在市场经济时代,树立正确的劳动观成为了高校思想政治理论课教学的重要目的之一。高兹的劳动观深刻揭示了资本主义社会劳动异化的现实,认为资本主义的劳动分工是劳动异化的根源,要实现劳动解放必须实现劳动者对必要劳动时间和自由劳动时间的支配,让劳动真正成为人生活的目的而不是手段。高兹的劳动观对高校思想政治理论课灌输正确的劳动观,引领大学生践行社会主义核心价值观具有重要的意义。In the era of market economy,set up the correct view of labor is becoming the important purpose of ideological and political theory course. Gorz believes that labor completely alienation in capitalist society,the division of labor of capitalism is the origin of alienation,realizing the liberation of labor must realize worker dominance necessary labor time and free labor time,making labor become man＇s aim rather than the means in life. Gorz＇s concept of labor has important significance for ideological and political theory course of instilling the right concept of labor in college,guiding the students to establish the core values concept of socialism and to advance their spiritual realm.
