摘　　要：县域经济在甘肃省有着举足轻重的地位,发展和壮大县域经济是加快工业化、城镇化,实现转型跨越发展的重要举措。在当前国家实施新一轮西部开发和丝绸之路经济带建设之际,怎样推动县域经济进一步深入发展值得认真思考。本文以张掖县域为研究切入点,通过横向和纵向比较,对西部大开发以来县域经济金融发展情况进行了分析,并以点带面,从把握政策机遇、立足区位优势、提高金融效能等方面提出甘肃县域经济金融加快发展的对策建议。The county economy in Gansu province has a pivotal position, therefore developing and expanding the county economy is an important action to speed up the industrialization and urbanization and achieve transformation development. At the time when China is implementing a new round of the western development and constructing the silk road economic belt, how to push the county economy to further development is worth thinking about seriously. Based on making the research on the county-level regions in Zhangye, through the horizontal and vertical comparison, the paper analyzes the county economic development since the great development of western China, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on accelerating the county economic development in Gansu from such aspects as grasping the policy opportunities, basing on the location advantage and increasing the financial efficiency and so on.
