摘　　要：在中国的政治社会土壤上,人民政协制度的存在和生长,一直具有极为坚实、强韧的内在逻辑性,这其中既涵盖了政党政治逻辑,也涵盖了国家治理逻辑。在国家治理体系现代化中,人民政协制度愈益成为治国理政的刚性需要,伴随着国家治理中社会主义民主的扩大和多元主体的社会共治,人民政协的地位和作用将进一步得到强化。In China＇ s political and social soil, there is a solid and strong inherent logic in the existence and growth of the Chinese People＇ s Political Consultative Conference （ CPPCC）, which includes the logic of party politics and that of national governance as well. In the modernization of national governance system, CP- PCC system becomes increasingly indispensable in governance. With the expansion of socialist democracy and the shared governance by plural subjects, the status and role of CPPCC will be further strengthened.
