摘　　要：论述了老年人权益维护面临的来自社会、家庭及老年人个体等多方面的挑战。分析了老年人权益维护的孝文化路径与人权路径。并从老年人权益维护的现状及面临的挑战出发,提出孝道文化与人权的相融相洽、互动互适的解决方案,这是维护老年人权益的重要着力点,即在孝道责任与老人权利之间寻找平衡点,达到在孝道与人权相洽互适的过程中维护老年人权益的目标。The elderly dignity faces challenges from the society, families ,eldedy individuals and many other factors. The thesis analyzes the culture of filial piety path and human rights path of safeguarding the rights and interests of the elderly and points out that the blending of filial piety culture and human rights is the important point of maintaining the elderly dignity, we should look for the balance between filial obligation and the human rights to safeguard the rights and interests of the elderly while maintaining the harmonization between filial piety and human rights.
