摘  要:研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆料使用环氧大豆油作为主增塑剂的应用情况,实验测定了PVC电缆料中增塑剂不同添加剂量对成品的各项性能指标的影响,考察环氧大豆油作为主增塑剂对PVC性能的影响以及如何控制与其他增塑剂并用时的移出现象,通过抽出实验来检测样品的耐移出性能。实验结果表明,环氧大豆油与其它环氧酯类增塑剂并用,或苯类增塑剂用量较低时,耐移出性能越好。This topic main research PVC cable material used epoxidized soybean oil as the main plasticizer applica- tions, experimental determination of plasticizers in PVC cable material adding different doses the influence of various performance indexes of finished product, main investigation epoxidized soybean oil as the main plasticizers impact on the properties of PVC and how to control the migration phenomenon when using with other plasticizer,use the extrac- tion experiment to test the resistance to migration of the sample. The experimental results show that the epoxidized soybean oil using with other types of epoxide plasticizer, or benzene plasticizer dosage is lower, the better perform- ance in resistance to migration.
