摘  要:阐述了噪声等效温差、传递函数等相关概念,提出了高温背景下红外热像仪的噪声等效温差具体测试方法和实施过程;采用黑体炉,在背景温度825℃下对MCS640型红外热像仪的时间和空间噪声等效温差进行了测试和分析;结果表明,空间NETD为该型热像仪的主要影响。The noise equivalent temperature difference, signal transfer function and other related concepts are presented, and the specific measurement methods and process of noise equivalent temperature difference based on the high temperature background are put forward. Under the background temperature 825℃, temporal and spatial noise equivalent temperature difference of MCS640 infrared thermal imaging system were measured and analyzed by means of a blackbody. The measurement result shows that the spatial noise equivalent temperature difference is primary.
