摘  要:在各种评价像管成像质量的方法中,调制传递函数是一种重要的评价方法。针对原有静电像管电子光学系统设计软件中子午线扩散函数计算的不足及其对调制传递函数的影响,对子午线扩散函数的数值计算方法进行改进。对多种典型像管的数值仿真结果表明,改进后的程序计算的子午线扩散函数更符合实际情况。There are a lot of methods to evaluate image quality of image tube, in which calculating the modulation transfer function of the image tube is a very important way. Aiming at the defect of the meridian spread function of electrostatic image tube electron optical system and the influence which brings to the meridian modulation transfer function, this paper improves the calculation program of the meridian spread function by programming language Borland C+ + 6.0, and lists the comparison between the original program and the modified one of the xx1380 second generation shimmer tube. Through comparison we can clearly find the modified program is much better for the meridian line spread function of electrostatic image tube electron optics system, and a better simulation result can be got. It has a positive effect to image evaluation and imaging tube design.
