摘 要:以巡飞攻击导弹红外成像导引头为研究对象,依据弹性力学基本原理,对系统结构模态及随机振动响应进行了理论分析并求解。建立了导引头有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对导引头进行了模态分析、随机振动响应分析,计算出了导引头前六阶固有频率及振型,并在此基础上对导引头进行了随机振动响应分析,在探测器和电子舱结构中各取一节点作为检测点,分析2点在给定随机激励下的加速度响应,并对导引头进行了应力分析。计算结果表明,导引头固有频率设计合理,加速度响应能满足使用要求。According to the theory of elasticity, modal analysis and random vibration analysis based on the loitering attack missile imaging infrared seeker were carried out. The FEA model of the seeker was established with ANSYS WORKbench finite element software. Computations of modal analysis and random vibration analysis to the seeker were carried out, from which the first six order natural frequencies, main vibration mode, acceleration response and stress response can be obtained. Points of the infrared detector and electronic cabin were taken as monitoring points for acceleration response. Stress response analysis of the seeker was also done according to the given power spectrum density of random vibration. The calculation results show that natural frequency of the seeker was designed reasonably and the acceleration response can satisfy the use requirement.
