摘 要:延长油田靖边乔家洼油区开展了CO2驱油与封存先导试验,初步建成单井CO2注入能力为10~20 t/d的地面注入系统。该系统主要由低温储罐、屏蔽泵、注入泵、水浴式汽化器及阀门仪表组成,储罐为系统连续供液,屏蔽泵为注入泵预增压,水浴式汽化器为储罐增压。运行初期发现储罐充液速度慢,注入泵进口压力低、预冷周期长、易气阻。通过工艺改造和操作优化,该系统逐步实现了正常注入,为低渗油藏中小规模CO2注入工艺积累了经验。The pilot experiment of CO2 flooding and sequestration was conducted in Qiaojiawa Block of Yanchang Oilfield and the surface injection system with CO2 injection capacity of 10 ~ 20 t/d for single well was built preliminarily. The system consists of a low temperature storage tank, a shielding pump, an injection pump, a water bath vaporizer, valves and instruments. The storage tank supplies liquid continually for the system, the shielding pump pressurizes the injection pump in advance, the water bath vaporizer pressurizes the storage tank. Some problems were found in primary operation stage, such as the slow liquid filling rate of the storage tank, the low pressure, long pre-cooling period and prone to air lock at the injection pump inlet. Through process reformation and operation optimization, the injection system realizes normal injection gradually. The experience accumulated from the practice is useful for medium or small scale CO2 injection into low permeability oil reservoirs.
