输气管道强降雨灾害损失实例及处理措施

摘　　要：2012年7月下旬,陕西、山西境内强降雨使经过此特殊黄土塬地貌区域的某输气管道遭受严重损失,该输气管道线路、阀室、站场等出现各类问题达1 700余处。文章介绍了该输气管道的典型损失实例及处理措施,包括阀室被淹、管道裸露、管道漂移、水工保护设施损坏,并对今后的管道工程设计、施工等提出了相关建议。In late July 2012, a certain gas pipeline passing through the region in Shaanxi and Shanxi Provinces, where the landscape is loess tableland, suffered heavy losses due to strong rainfalls, which caused 1 700 troubles at pipeline routes, valve rooms, stations, and so on. This paper introduces the strong rainfall disaster loss examples of the gas pipeline such as flooded valve rooms, bared pipelines, drifted pipelines and destroyed hydraulic protection installations, and illustrates treatment measures. It also puts forward suggestions on future engineering design and construction of pipeline enginering.
