摘  要:对重力式平台的水下混凝土储油罐进行了温度场的数值模拟,发现罐壁周围的凝油层较厚,在一个储油周期中储油罐需加保温层才能满足原油的储运要求。为了提高水下储油罐的保温性能以满足海底原油的储运要求,提出了三种适用于水下储油罐的保温方案,并对经济效益进行了对比分析。结果表明,采用聚氨酯泡沫保温方案能显著提高储油罐的保温性能,且符合经济效益最大化原则,同时具有较高的工程可行性。This paper applies finite element method to simulate temperature field of the subsea concrete oil tank of an offshore gravity platform. It is found that the condensate oil layer around tank wall is thick and so tank thermal insulation is needed to satisfy requirements of crude oil storage and transportation during a storage period. To enhance heat preservation property of the oil tank to meet requirements of underwater oil storage, three insulation solutions are proposed in this paper and comparative analysis of their economic benefits is done. Obtained results show that the solution of applying polyurethane foam thermal insulation can not only increase heat preservation property of oil tank dramatically, but also maximize economic benefits and possess high engineering feasibility.
