摘　　要：以我国农产品及农产品物流的发展现状为切入点,研究农产品物流业价值创造中的作业价值、成本价值和客户价值。从资源整合优化视角对我国农产品物流业价值创造力进行分析,探究农产品物流业价值创造力的资源整合优化路径。提出了物流资源整合是农产品物流业价值创造力提升的最优发展路径。In this paper, starting with the development status of Chiua＇s agricultural products logistics industry, we studied the value it created including operation value, cost value and customer value. Then we analyzed its value creation from the perspective of resources integration to explore the optimized path. In the end, we proposed that the integration of logistics resources was the optimal path to increase the value creation of agricultural products logistics industry.
