摘　　要：通过文献研究和问卷调查,确定影响天津保税物流发展的因素包括3个一级因素和9个二级因素。根据AHP(层次分析法)对各因素的影响程度进行实证分析,得出的结论是:在一级因素中,对天津保税物流影响最大的是通关效率,其次是物流发展水平,优惠政策的影响程度相对较小;在二级因素中,影响最大的是海关监管模式。最后根据分析结果对天津保税物流的发展提出了相关建议。In this paper, through the literature study and the questionnaire survey, we confirmed the factors that affected Tianjin bonded logistics development including three primary factors and nine secondary factors. Through the empirical analysis of the influence degree of those factors based on AHP, we concluded that in the primary factors, the most influential one was the clearance efficiency, followed by the logistics development level and the preferential policy; in the secondary factors, the most influential one was the customs regulations. In the end, we proposed correspoudingsuggestions for the development of Tianjin bonded logistics.
