摘　　要：调查了广运集团货物运输中存在的问题,对影响其运输效率的因素进行了分析,采用最小元素法合理规划了车辆的载货量,提出了相应的改进措施,以提高广运集团的运输效率。In this paper, we investigated the problems in freight transportation of Guangyun Group, analyzed the the factors that affected the transportation efficiency, adopted the minimum element method to plan the cargo capacity of the vehicles and proposed corresponding improving methods to enhance the transportation efficiency of the enterprise.
