摘　　要：从应急物流体系的创建构思入手,对其体系构建原则进行分析,对其结构组成、协同作业和运作流程进行了详细分析,并且提出了应急物流的协同工作内容,为应急物流体系制定了相对应的运作体制,保证其在意外事件发生时能够做好有效的救援工作,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。In this paper, starting from the creation conception of emergency logistics system, we analyzed its system construction principle, structure composition, synergetic operation and operation process, proposed the work content and formulated the corresponding operation system to ensure effective rescue work when unexpected events occur. We also hoped to provide some reference to related researchers.
