摘　　要：文章基于相关调查数据,从档案学专业招生及就业情况、用人单位对档案学专业毕业生评价和档案学高等教育现存问题三个方面出发,总结了我国档案学专业人才培养现状,指出目前我国高校档案学专业人才培养中存在的问题,以期对我国档案学专业人才培养模式改革提供参考。Based on some related survey data, this article concludes the current situation of archival education in China from the following threeaspects including the state of enrollmentand employment for archival students, the evaluation of archival students from employers and existing problems of high level archival education in China. And this article points out some problems of archival talent training in China, in order to provide some basis and reference to explore the reformation of the training mode of archival talent training in China.
