摘 要:近年来褐煤的开发和使用引起越来越多的关注,褐煤本身的高反应性使其成为潜在的优良气化原料。基于褐煤具有的特点,本文阐述了褐煤气化实验研究的重要性,分析了常用反应器的特点和应用,重点探讨了新型的反应器结构和研究进展,如:一段流化床/固定床反应器,二段流化床/固定床反应器,沉降管/固定床反应器和双床反应器等。针对褐煤的气化反应器设计朝着多样化方向发展,目的都是根据低阶煤本身的物理和化学特性实现高效利用。In recent years, the development and utilization of brown coal had been attracting an increasing attention.Particularly, brown coal was a good candidate for gasification material due to its high reactivity. Based on the features of brown coal,the importance of experimental study on brown coal gasification was stressed; and characteristics of varied gasification reactors for brown coal gasification were analyzed and compared. More importantly, some novel gasification reactor structures and developments were discussed, such as one stage fluidized-bed/fixed-bed reactor, two stage fluidized-bed/fixed-bed reactor, drop-tube/fixed-bed reactor and dual bed reactors. Design of gasification reactors for brown coal were diversified based on the intrinsic physical and chemical properties of brown coal with the purpose of exploiting its potential values effectively.
