公共体育服务中“公”、“共”和“服务”探析

摘　　要：对公共体育服务中"公"、"共"和"服务"问题进行了探讨,认为公共体育服务之"公"在于公共体育服务是发生于由全体个体所组成的群体之中,并由权威代表加以推行的系统事业;应当能为所有个体所平等参与;不排斥公共体育服务的私人生产和需要私人享有。公共体育服务之"共"在于公共体育服务来自于所有个体的共同需求;创造的是能为所有个体所享有的共同得益;公共体育服务需要所有个体的配合与协作。公共体育服务之"服务"在于顾客意识、标准化要求和互动交流。The paper discusses the publicness, commonness and service of the public sport service. Publicness means that public sport service is a systematic course participated by every individual in a group and guided by an authoritative representative. The public sport service should be obtained equally among people and does not reject private production and enjoyment of the public sport service. The means that the public sport service comes from the common needs of people, provides things shared among all the people and needs cooperation of all the participating individuals. The service of the public sport service refers to customer awarenss, standard demands and interactive exchanges.
