摘　　要：为了贯彻国家电网公司对信息系统应用级灾备与三地集中式数据中心建设的要求,国网天津市电力公司作为首批协同办公一级部署的试点单位,在项目实施过程中,通过实施严格的流程管理完成了系统的本地化,解决了从总部到网省以及地市电力公司的实施难点。文章结合天津电力本地化情况,分别总结了系统的建设和运维方案,可以为试点后的系统推广提供参考和依据。To meet the requirements of State Grid Corporation of China（SGCC）,State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company（SGTEPC）implements information system application level disaster backup and centralized data center construction. As the first experimental unit for collaborative office system of SGCC, SGTEPC has accomplished the localization construction of collaborative office system by the strict process management and solved each unit implementation difficulties in the process of project implementation. Combining the system localization experience in SGTEPC, this paper expounds the scheme of system construction and operation, which can provide a reference for the following collaborative office system extension.
