摘　　要：为了解决协同办公系统运行缓慢的问题,确保系统稳定顺畅运行,重点从底层软硬件平台着手分析根本原因,逐一针对性处理后,问题得以根治,系统性能提升明显。最后,进一步分析了此次运行维护事件暴露出的日常巡检、应急预案、沟通协调等多方面问题,并梳理提出整改措施,对其他信息系统的故障防范、故障处理等运维保障工作具有借鉴意义。In order to solve the slow behaviour problem of OA system and ensure its stable performance, a thorough analysis focusing on underlying hardware and software platform is conducted to locate the root cause. Some measures are taken to solve problems and the system performance is improved significantly. Further analysis reveals other problems in daily inspection, contingency plan, internal coordination, etc. Moreover, reform measures are developed to prevent this kind of accidents and the work provides some reference for the maintenance of other information systems.
