摘  要:目的探讨CT仿真支气管镜对复杂可疑气管异物的诊断价值。方法选取2012年5月至2013年6月我院收治的702例疑似呼吸道异物患儿为研究对象,所有患者均行X线检查和仿真支气管镜检查,并最终通过硬支气管镜检查明确有无支气管异物,对比仿真支气管镜检查和X线检查结果,评估肺部仿真支气管镜对呼吸道异物的术前诊断作用。结果 702例患儿最终经过支气管镜确诊有628例为呼吸道异物,仿真支气管镜检出601例,检出阳性率为95.70%,X线检查检出556例,检出阳性率为88.54%,仿真支气管镜检出阳性率显著高于X线检查检出阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于复杂可疑气管异物患者实行CT仿真支气管镜检查,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of CT virtual bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of complex and suspicious respiratory tract foreign body. Methods 702 cases of patients with suspected respiratory tract foreign body treated in our hospital from May 2012 to June 2013 were selected as research objects. All patients were implemented X-ray examination and virtual bronchoscopy, and eventually received rigid bronchoscopy to determine whether the bronchus had foreign body. The results of virtual bronchoscopy and X-ray examination were compared, and the effect of virtual bronchoscopy in the preoperative diagnosis of respiratory tract foreign body was evaluated. Results Of 702 patients, 628 cases of patients with respiratory tract foreign body were diagnosed by bronchoscopy, 601 cases of patients with respiratory tract foreign body were diagnosed by virtual bronchoscopy, the positive rate was 95.70%;556 cases of patients with respiratory tract foreign body were diagnosed by X-ray examination, the positive rate was 88.54%;the positive rate of virtual bronchoscopy was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions For patients with complex and suspicious respiratory tract foreign body, CT virtual bronchoscopy has important application value in clinic.
