频谱数据建设探讨

摘　　要：频谱数据是所有频谱管理活动的依据和基础。文章分析了美军数据建设尤其是频谱数据建设的历程，梳理了我国频谱数据建设的概况，立足频谱数据建设的目标及任务，提出我军应构建完善的频谱数据服务体系、加强频谱数据的标准建设等建议，以期为我军频谱数据建设提供参考。Spectrum data are the basis of all spectrum management activities. This paper analyzes the course of US military data management, especially spectrum data management, and summarizes the gen- eral situation of spectrum data management in our country. According to objects and missions of spectrum data management, it recommends that our military should construct a comprehensive architecture of spec- trum data service and strengthen standards development of spectrum data, with an expectation to provide references to our military spectrum data management.
