摘　　要：目的了解深圳市罗湖区成年居民糖尿病及糖调节受损(IGR)患病情况及其影响因素,为预防糖尿病提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,从深圳市罗湖区18岁以上的常住居民中抽取786人进行问卷调查和体格检查,并采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖。结果按WHO(1999年)糖尿病及糖耐量异常诊断标准,深圳市罗湖区18岁以上成年居民中IGR和糖尿病患病率分别为6.87%和5.09%,IGR和糖尿病的患病率均随年龄和体质指数(BMI)增加呈现上升趋势。高龄、超重、糖尿病家族史、饮酒史及高血压病史是IGR的危险因素;而高龄、超重及饮酒史则是糖尿病的危险因素。结论今后不仅要加强糖尿病的诊治,还应该采取高效的筛检方法尽早发现糖尿病前期患者,通过饮食或运动等干预手段以达到预防糖尿病的目的。Objective Toinvestigatethemorbiditiesandriskfactorsofdiabetesmellitus （DM） and impaired glucose regulation （IGR） in the residents of Luohu district in Shenzhen city and to provide the base for prevention of diabetes mellitus. Methods The multi- stage random sampling method was used to select 786 residents （ ≥ 18 years old） from Luohu district as the subjects in present investigation, which was performed with questionnaires and physical examinations. Blood glucose was determined by glucose- oxidase method. Results According to the WHO diagnostic standard of DM and IGR （1999）, the morbidities of IGR and DM were 6.87% and 5.09%, respectively. The morbidities of IGR and DM increased apparently with age and BMI. Older age, overweight, the history of DM, drinking and hypertension were risk factors of IGR. Older age, overweight and drinking were risk factors of DM. Conclusion In the future, the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes should be strengthened. The IGR patients can be found with screeninz as earlv as nossible. The DM will be prevented bv diet and exercise interventions.
