摘  要:综合介绍了石西油田原油处理系统现状以及原油稳定系统的工艺优选、实施、运行情况,通过原有稳定系统一段时间的运行,在合理优化流程和运行参数后,从工艺合理性、节能减排、安全性评价等几个方面,对改建原稳系统和老系统做了对比研究,并运用美国道化学公司火灾爆炸指数法对原稳系统做了安全性评价,得出综合结论。This paper makes a comprehensive introduction to the present situation of the crude oil processing system of Shixi Oilfield and the process optimization selection,implementation and operation of the crude oil stabilization system. After the operation of the original stabilization system for a period of time and optimization of the process and operation parameters,the paper makes a comparative study on the reconstructed stabilization system and the original system from several aspects including the technological rationality,energy-saving and emission reduction and safety evaluation. It also makes a safety evaluation of the original stabilization system by the application of American Dow 's chemical fire and explosion index method and comes to comprehensive conclusions.
