摘  要:针对新疆油田的含硫化氢生产区块,开展了含硫化氢油井单井安全生产工艺研究及井场硫化氢防治模式研究。创新性地采用了含硫化氢油井的模块化、撬装化单井生产工艺,系统的解决了该类井的安全生产问题,建立了一套含硫化氢油井的井场硫化氢防治特色管理模式,为类似油井地面工程建设提供了借鉴经验。目前已有21口单井应用,产油量在15×104t/a,现场运行稳定。Aiming at the production block containing H2 S in Xinjiang Oilfield,this paper carries out a research on the safe production process for single well containing H2 S and control mode at well site. The innovative adoption of modularization and skid-mounted single well production process for well containing hydrogen sulfide has solved the problems in safe production for such wells. A set of special management model for wells containing H2 S is established,which provides reference for the ground engineering construction of similar oil wells. Twenty-one wells with annual oil production of 15 × 104 t have applied this process and the field operation is stable.
