摘 要:重点分析了炼油工艺中脱硫溶剂MDEA和抽提溶剂环丁砜常见的跑损途径,以及溶剂进入含硫污水系统后在含硫污水汽提装置中的受热分解情况,追踪了溶剂进入含油污水系统后对污水处理场进水COD的影响以及在污水处理场的生化降解情况。针对炼油工艺中溶剂不合理跑损现象,通过加强溶剂使用现场管理和优化常减压装置污油罐回炼流程,MDEA和环丁砜年消耗量分别减少60.7 t和40.0 t,从而减少了溶剂对污水处理场的冲击,改善了污水处理场进水水质。This paper focuses on analyzing the common wastage ways of desulfurization solvent MDEA and reforming unit extraction solvent sulfolane in refining process. It traces their thermal decomposition in sour stripping unit and biochemical degradation in wastewater treatment system. According to the unreasonable consumption of solvents in refining process,such measures as strengthening the supervision of solvent use and optimizing the recycling process of waste oil tank in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit are put forward and practiced. As a result,the consumption of MDEA and sulfolane are reduced by 60.7t and 40 t a year respectively. Hence,the impact of solvent on wastewater treatment plant is reduced,and the quality of wastewater discharging into the wastewater treatment plant is improved.
