摘  要:随着国家环保法规要求日益严格及环保治理力度的加强,中石油加大了对炼油企业的环保投资,各家炼油企业实现了污水的连续达标排放。但是三废处理装置的投资费用和运行成本相对较大,炼厂三泥及碱渣的治理程度参差不齐,运用的工艺也各不相同。通过分析污泥、碱渣性质以及处理方法,探讨其混烧的可行性,为以后的三废处理提出一条新思路。With the increasingly stringent environmental regulations and strengthening of environmental protection,Chinese Petroleum Corporation has increased the investment in environmental protection of the oil refining enterprises and the sewage discharged from the oil refining enterprises has reached the discharge standards. But the investment costs and operating costs in sludge and alkali waste is relatively large;the treatment degree of biochemical sludge,tank bottom sludge and scum and alkali waste in refineries are different and the applied technologies are different.Explores the feasibility of mixed incineration through analyzing the properties of the sludge and alkali waste and the treatment methods. And this provides a new idea for waste treatment in the future.
