发展肉苁蓉生态产业 推进西部荒漠地区生态文明

摘　　要：肉苁蓉为著名的补益中药,为我国西北地区名贵、特色中药材之一。肉苁蓉属植物为寄生植物,其寄主为防沙固沙植物梭梭和柽柳属植物等。为了解决肉苁蓉的资源问题,同时,利用其寄生特性,通过发展肉苁蓉及其寄主植物的大规模栽培,实现可持续治理沙漠的目标。本文作者及相关课题组对此进行了长期的研究和技术推广工作。本文从肉苁蓉属植物野生资源调查与保护;系统的化学成分、药效学和质量比较研究,将管花肉苁蓉收入中华人民共和国药典;系统的生物学与栽培学研究,建立优质肉苁蓉高产、稳产种植技术;通过建立示范基地、举办培训班和在产地连续召开学术研讨会,提高政府和群众的认识,促进种植技术推广;结合西部开发和沙漠治理,大规模发展肉苁蓉及其寄主植物的栽培;国家科技惠民计划的实施,全面提升管花肉苁蓉生态产业;以及开发系列产品,促进肉苁蓉产业发展等七个方面,系统介绍了25年来肉苁蓉生态产业发展的历程及其取得的丰硕成果,尤其是通过肉苁蓉及其寄主植物的大规模栽培,创造了中国特色的沙漠治理新模式。本文还对今后肉苁蓉生态产业的发展思路和产业链的构建进行了设计,并对产业发展前景进行了展望,对我国肉苁蓉生态产业的发展具有重要的指导作用。Cistanches Herba, the noted tonic in Traditional Chinese Medicine, is one of the rare and characteristic plants growing in the northwest district of China. Cistanche SPP. are parasitic plants and their hosts are sand-fixing plants, such as Haloxylonam modendron and Tamarix plants. In order to solve the source shortage of Cistanches Herba and realize the goal of desert control, the authors and other research teams have studied and promoted the related technologies to plant the Cistanche and their host plants for long-term. This article systematically introduces the development history and the abundant achievements of the ecological industry of Cistanches I-Ierba during the last 25 years, especially of the new Chinese characteristic desert control model by planting the Cistanche and their host plants, from the following seven aspects： investigation and protection of the wild resource; systematic studies in the chemical components, pharmacodynamics, and quality comparison, and C. tubulosa was recorded into Chinese Pharmacopoeia; systematic researches in the biology and cultivation of Cistanche to master the planting technology for high and stable yield of high quality plant materials ; increasing the awareness of government and masses and popularization of the planting technology by establishing the model base, holding training courses and academic conferences in producing area; promoting the cultivation of Cistarwhe and their host plants in large scale, in combination consideration of the goal of Western Development Program and desert control; advancement of ecological industry of Cistanche tubulosa through the implement of Scientific and Technological Benefiting policies; R ＆ D series products and promote the development of Cistanche industry. This article also designs the evolution thread and the industry chain for Cistanches Herba in the future and also forcast the development prospect. This article will exert significant guiding role for the development of Cistanche ecological industry in our country.
