摘　　要：目的:研究疏风解毒胶囊肠吸收液对LPS诱导巨噬细胞释放细胞因子的影响。方法:采用外翻肠囊法制备不同浓度的疏风解毒胶囊肠吸收液,1μg·m L-1脂多糖(LPS)诱导小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7制备炎症模型,液相蛋白芯片技术检测细胞因子在正常组、模型组、给药组表达的具体水平。结果:含疏风解毒胶囊肠吸收液能降低IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-12(p70)、IL-13、IL-17、G-CSF、GM-CSF、IFN-γ、KC、TNF-α13种细胞因子的表达水平,且与雷公藤内酯醇组效果相当。结论:疏风解毒胶囊抗炎作用的机制与抑制上述炎症因子的释放有关。Objective： To study the effect of the intestinal absorption liquid containing Breeze Detoxification Capsule （BDC） on LPS-induced eytokines expression in macrophage. Methods： The liquid protein chip was applied to detect the influence of BDC intestinal absorption liquid on eytokines released by LPS-induced macrophage RAW264. 7 based on mice inflammation model. Result： The BDC intestine absorption liquid reduced the cytokine expression level of IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-12（p70）, IL-13, IL-17, G-CSF, GM-CSF, IFN-T, KC, TNF-α, totally 13 kinds, which had similar effects with triptonide group. Conclusion： The anti-inflammatory mechanism of BDC might be related to inhibition of inflammatory cytokine release.
