摘 要:目的:探讨管花肉苁蓉寄生及不同寄生数量对一年生中国柽柳光合特性和生长指标的影响。方法:以未寄生、寄生1个、4个、8个管花肉苁蓉的柽柳分别为CK、处理A、处理B、处理C,测定分析柽柳叶的叶绿素含量、光合速率、可溶性糖含量等生理指标,以及柽柳株高、茎粗、一级分枝数、主根长、侧根数、茎叶和根干重等生长指标。结果:随着管花肉苁蓉寄生数量的增加,柽柳叶的叶绿素含量、光合速率和可溶性糖含量均显著增加,三者均表现为处理C>处理B>处理A>CK;10月柽柳叶的叶绿素含量最高,9月11日柽柳叶的光合速率达到峰值,11月柽柳叶的可溶性糖含量随管花肉苁蓉寄生数量的增加而显著降低;随着管花肉苁蓉寄生数量的增加,柽柳株高、茎粗、一级分枝数、主根长、侧根数、茎叶和根的干重均显著降低,各指标均表现为CK>处理A>处理B>处理C。结论:管花肉苁蓉寄生促进了柽柳叶光合能力的提升,但随着寄生数量的增加,柽柳各部位的生长量显著降低。Objective: To discuss the effect of parasitic Cistanche tubulosa and their number on photosynthesis characteristic and growth of 1 annual Tamarix chinensis. Methods: There were four treatments, the control ( non-parasitic C. tubulosa), treatment A ( 1 parasitic C. tubulosa ), treatment B ( 4 parasitic C. tubulosa ) and treatment C ( 8 parasitic C. tubulosa). The physiological indexes of T. chinensis leaves, including chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and soluble sugar content were investigated and analyzed, so did the growth indexes of T. chinensis plants, such as plant height, stem diameter, primary branches number, axial root length, branch roots number, dry weight of branches and leaves and roots. Results: With the increase C. tubulosa parasitized, all of chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate and soluble sugar content of T. chinensis leaves significantly increased, with the highest in Treatment C, followed in treatment B, then in treatment A, and the lowest in the control. Chlorophyll content of T. chinensis leaves was the highest in October. Photosynthetic rate of Tamarix chinensis leaves reached the peak on September llth. Soluble sugar content of T. chinensis leaves significantly decreased because of parasitic C. tubulosa increased in November. With the increase C. tubulosa parasitized, all of plant height, stem diameter, primary branches number, axial root length, branch roots number, dry weight of branches and leaves and roots of T. chinensis plants significantly decreased, with the highest in the control, followed in treatment A, then in treatment B, and the lowest in treatment C. Conclusion: Photosynthetic capacity of T. chinensis leaves had been raised because of C. tubulosa parasitized, but growth increment of Tamarix chinensis organs significantly decreased with the increase of C. tubulosa plants.
