摘  要:肉苁蓉俗称沙漠人参,是中国西北荒漠地区特有的名贵补益类中药材;含有苯乙醇苷,多糖,半乳糖醇等活性成分,具有补肾壮阳、润肠通便功效。肉苁蓉加工炮制历史悠久,通过高温杀酶处理(蒸制或水焯),肉苁蓉鲜切片的苯乙醇苷类成分(主要是松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷)含量明显升高;酒蒸炮制可有效减弱肉苁蓉的润肠通便作用。本研究对肉苁蓉属药材产地加工和炮制进展进行综述,主要包括历史沿革、加工炮制对肉苁蓉属药材化学成分和药效的影响,以及相关机理的研究,指出目前肉苁蓉加工炮制存在的问题,为更好地开展肉苁蓉加工炮制工作提供依据。Cistanches Herba ( "Rou Cong Rong" in Chinese) have been traditionally used in China to supplement the kidney(yang), boost the essence of blood, and moisten the intestines to free stool. Several bioactive components such as phenylethanoid glycosides (PhGs), galactitol and polysaccharides have been separated from the species of genus of Cistanche. Cistanches Herba earned the honor of " Ginseng of the desert" owing to excellent medical functions. Hot water treatment or steaming treatment used in fresh Cistanche slices would enhance the content of PhGs. Wine processing would reduce their effect of moisten the intestines to free stool. There is a long history on the Cistanche processing. Recent advances with regard to the processing effect on chemical components and pharmacological activities of Cistanches Herba are summarized in this review. We also discussed underlying mechanisms and outline future perspectives for their potential application.
