长期住院精神障碍患者现况调查

摘　　要：目的:探讨长期住院精神障碍患者的现况及其影响因素。方法:采用自制调查问卷对2013年1月1日至7月1日我院慢性病科住院治疗2年以上的473例精神障碍患者进行调查分析。结果:长期住院患者中,男性比例高于女性,以精神分裂症患者居多,婚姻状况以未婚者居多;合并躯体疾病315例(66.60%),合并1种疾病者145例(30.66%),合并2种以上疾病者170例(35.94%),年龄与合并躯体疾病有关,70岁以上发生率最高;因精神病性症状反复发作滞留医院131例(27.70%),因家属无法对患者进行日常照顾、家属无法管理患者,担心危害、家庭经济困难、无接收对象而仍然滞留在医院342例(72.30%)。结论:精神障碍患者滞留医院除了因为病情慢性化,也有家庭、社会、经济等因素。发展社区精神卫生防治康复工作既能降低医疗成本,也有助于改善康复期患者的生活质量。Objective： To explore the status of the psychiatric patients,and analyze its factors. Methods： 473 cases of long-term hospitalization psychiatric patients who hospitalized more than 2 years in our hospital from January 1 to July 1 in 2013 were investigated by self-made questionnaire. Results： The proportion of men were more than women, the majority of patients were schizophrenia and marital status were unmarried in the long-term hospitalization patients, there were 315 cases （66.60%） with combined physical diseases, 145 cases（30.66%） with one kind of physical disease and 170 cases（35.94%） with more than two physical diseases. The age was related to the physical diseases, and the highest incidence was over 70 years. 131 cases （27.70%） of patients with recurrent psychotic symptoms stayed hospital, 342 cases （72.30%） of patients with family members of patients were unable to day care, families unable to manage patients, worry about the harm, without receiving object,who were still in the hospital. Conclusions： Psychiatric patients stagnating hospital are due to not just their own disease, but family and social factors. The development of community health can reduce medical cost and improve the life quality of psychiatric patients during rehabilitation.
