枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊预防艾滋病相关性腹泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊对艾滋病(AIDS)相关性腹泻的防治作用。方法:选择2013年7月至2014年5月在我科门诊进行高效抗逆转录病毒(HAART)治疗的AIDS患者80例,随机分成对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组给予单用HAART治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊,两组疗程均为24周。治疗结束后观察两组的HAART疗效、AIDS相关性腹泻的发生率,以及大便培养真菌感染情况。结果:观察组和对照组HAART治疗有效率分别为75%和70%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组腹泻发生率明显高于观察组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组大便培养真菌感染率明显高于观察组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊能有效预防AIDS相关性腹泻的发生,并减少继发肠道真菌感染的发生。Objective： To explore the prevention and effect of bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules for AIDS associated diarrhea. Methods： Selected 80 AIDS patients who were treated with highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART） in our department from July 2013 to May 2014, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. Control group was treated with HAART, while observation group was treated with HAART combined with bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules, the course of treatrnent was 24 weeks for two groups. After the treatment, observed the effect of HAART, incidence of AIDS associated diarrhea and the status of stool culture infection of ftmgi in two groups. Results： Effective rate of HAART in observation group and control group were 75% and 70% respectively, the difference was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The incidences of AIDS associated diarrhea and stool culture infection of fungi in control group were significantly higher than observation group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules can effectively prevent AIDS associated diarrhea and reduce the secondary intestine fimgal infection.
