博利康尼与氨溴特罗分别联合孟鲁司特治疗婴幼儿喘息的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨博利康尼与氨溴特罗分别联合孟鲁司特在婴幼儿喘息治疗中的临床效果。方法喘息患儿120例为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组40例,A组行博利康尼联合孟鲁司特治疗,B组行氨溴特罗联合孟鲁司特治疗,C组单用孟鲁司特治疗,观察三组患儿治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果 A、B两组患儿治疗总有效率分别为92.50%、90.00%,明显高于C组70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组患儿不良反应发生率分别为17.50%、20.00%,明显高于C组7.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组治疗效果及不良反应情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在婴幼儿喘息治疗中,药物联用治疗效果优于药物单用,博利康尼与氨溴特罗分别联合孟鲁司特均具有较好临床效果,但安全性有待观察。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of bricanyl and ambroxol and clenbuterol in respective combination with montelukast in the treatment of infant wheezing.MethodsA total of 120 wheezing infants were taken as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into group A, group B, group C, with 40 cases in each group. Group A received bricanyl combined with montelukast for treatment, group B received ambroxol and clenbuterol combined with montelukast, and group C received montelukast alone for treatment. Observations were made on curative effects and adverse reactions of the three groups.ResultsThe total effective rates of group A and group B were 92.50% and 90.00%, which were obviously higher than 70.00% of group C. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The incidences of adverse reactions of group A and group B were 17.50% and 20.00%, which were obviously higher than 7.50% of group C. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of curative effects and adverse reactions between group A and group B （P〉0.05）.ConclusionDrug combination treatment had good effect than single drug treatment for infant wheezing. Bricanyl and ambroxol and clenbuterol in respective combination with montelukast have precise clinical effects, but their safety is needed for further observation.
