摘　　要：目的探讨后腹腔镜泌尿外科手术致后腹膜腔感染的病因。方法 60例泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,分析其后膜腔感染原因。结果 60例患者均完成手术治疗,5例(8.3%)后腹膜腔感染者采取相关治疗后均痊愈。结论了解后腹腔镜泌尿外科手术致后腹膜腔感染的病因在临床治疗中具有重要作用,可在手术中有效预防并发症发生。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of retroperitoneum infection induced by retroperitoneoscopic urologic surgical procedures. Methods There were 60 patients receiving retroperitoneoscopic urologic surgical procedures as the study subjects, and their pathogenesis of retroperitoneum infection were analyzed. Results All the 60 patients received operative treatment, and there were 5 cured cases （8.3%） after related treatment. Conclusion Understanding of pathogenesis of retroperitoneum infection induced by retroperitoneoscopic urologic surgical procedures is important for clinical treatment, and it can also effectively prevent complications during operation.
