彩色多普勒超声与多层螺旋CT在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析51例主动脉夹层患者的彩色多普勒超声与多层螺旋CT检查的影像学表现。结果本组患者彩色多普勒超声及多层螺旋CT均检出主动脉夹层,主动脉夹层的诊断准确率、破口检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声对主动脉夹层的诊断可靠、准确,是一种简便、快捷、无创的检查方法 ,可作为主动脉夹层首选检查方法。Objective To investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） in aortic dissection diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the imaging manifestations of color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT for 51 patients with aortic dissection. Results Color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT could all detect aortic dissection in the patients, and their differences of diagnostic accuracy and crevasse detection rate had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound provides reliable and accurate diagnosis of aortic dissection, and it is an easy, quick, noninvasive method. It can be applied as the detection method for aortic dissection.
