摘　　要：通过对英夫利西单抗治疗强直性脊柱炎的药物经济学评价文献综述,发现强直性脊柱炎患者使用英夫利西单抗可以降低疾病负担,并改善生活质量,具有较好的经济学意义。Through reviewing the literatures on the pharmacoeconomics evaluation of inflixmab in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,this study shows thatankylosing spondylitiswith the treatment of inflixmab could reduce its disease burden and improve the quality of life,which is provided with better economics significance.
