摘　　要：目的探讨门诊麻醉药品处方的不合理用药原因。方法随机抽取我院门诊的352张麻醉药品处方进行回顾性分析。结果吗啡缓释片的不合格用药率、无指征用药率均明显高于其他麻醉药品,差异均有统计意义(均P<0.05)。结论门诊不合理用药类型较多,需加强麻醉药品的管理,提高麻醉用药的安全性。Objective To investigate the irrational drug use of outpatient anesthesia drug prescription.Methods A random sample of outpatient service of 352 outpatient prescriptions of anesthetic drugs were analyzed retrospectively.Results Release tablets morphine unqualified prescription rate,no indication of application rate was obviously higher than other narcotic drugs,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Outpatient irrational drug use is more,need to strengthen management of anesthesia anesthetic drugs,improve the drug safety.
