无水乙醇囊内注射加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨无水乙醇囊内注射加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效。方法收集的42例耳廓假性囊肿患者资料,将患者完全随机分为两组,观察组22例患者采用穿刺抽液注入无水乙醇加压包扎的方法,对照组20例患者采用单纯穿刺抽液加压包扎的方法,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者总有效率为91.0%,对照组患者总有效率为80.0%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无水乙醇囊内注射加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿可提高疗效,操作简单,是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate ethanol sac injection pressure dressing treatment of auricle pseudocyst clinical curative effect.Methods Randomly divide 42 cases of pseudocyst of auricle patient data colection into two groups,the observation group 22 cases were treated by the method of aspiration of fluid injection anhydrous ethanol pressure dressing method,the control group of 20 patients with simple aspiration of fluid pressure bandage, comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results Patients in the observation group the total efficiency of 91.0%,patients in the control group the total effective rate was 800%,the effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Anhydrous ethanol intracapsular injection of pressurized bandaging treatment of pseudocyst of auricle can improve therapeutic effect,simple operation,is a kind of effective treatment method.
