摘　　要：本文介绍1例使用脂肪乳剂渗漏后导致皮下组织坏死的病例。通过对患者的病情、用药和出现渗漏后处理情况的阐述,旨在以案例的报道提醒广大医务工作者在日常工作中对此多加注意。最后,又对脂肪乳剂渗漏后导致皮下组织坏死作了病理分析,从病理学角度阐释了脂肪乳剂导致皮下组织坏死的机制。This article describes the case of the use of fat emulsion led to Subcutaneous tissue necrosis.Through the patient＇s condition,medication and adverse reactions described situations occur after treatment,intended to remind the majority of medical workers to pay more attention to this in their daily work. Finaly,the author explains the Leakage of Fat emulsion cause Subcutaneous tissue necrosis by pathology.
