出院精神分裂症患者开展延续护理服务的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对延续护理服务出院精神分裂症患者生活质量及康复的影响。方法选取2011年6月至2013年6月于我院接受治疗的70例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,将患者完全随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者给予常规出院随访调查,观察组患者则开展延续护理服务,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者出院1年后的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对出院精神分裂症患者开展延续护理服务,可明显优化其生活质量,改善其康复效果。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing service continuity of discharged schizophrenia patients＇ quality of life and rehabilitation.Methods From 2011 June to 2013 June in our hospital treatment of 70 cases of schizophrenia patients as the research object,randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group were given routine folow-up survey,patients in the observation group was carried out continuing nursing care,observation and nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The observation group patients were discharged after 1 years of quality of life score was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Discharged patients with schizophrenia to carry out extended care services,can significantly optimize their quality of life,improve their rehabilitation.
