摘　　要：本文主要研究了E级计算环境下气象气候、航空航天和生物医药领域典型应用课题的需求和特点，并基于以上研究和分析，提出了基于异构众核处理器计算机系统的并行算法模型、基于领域计算特点的新型算法设计，以及通用数值算法并行处理技术和针对多态异构体系结构的软件开发技术等，高性能计算应用本身应该重点关注的与体系结构紧密结合的算法设计方法，以应对E级计算的需求和挑战。This paper mainly discusses the computing requirements and characteristic of typical exa-scale high performance applications in meteorology and climatology, aerospace and biocomputing. Based on the research, it supplies some new important algorithms designing methods based on the new architecture of exa-scale high performance computing which should be paid more attention to by high performance applications researchers, such as the parallel algorithm model based on the heterogeneous many core HPC, the new algorithm designing based on the computing characteristic, the parallel implementation technique of the general numerical algorithms and the software development technology of polymorphism heterogeneous architecture.
