通信模式与网络拓扑适应性分析

摘　　要：高速互连网络对于当前高性能计算机系统性能的提升，发挥着越来越重要的作用。而网络拓扑结构又在很大程度上决定了网络性能，因此需要评估网络拓扑是否适应不同课题的通信模式。本文对一些标准通信测试集以及部分现实课题的通信模式进行了分析，并且针对两种主流的网络拓扑结构进行了模拟以分析其适应性。High speed inter-connect network plays more and more important roles for promoion of HPC（High Performance Computer）system＇s performance.Moreover, the performance of network lies on its topology.Therefore,it is required that evaluating the applicability of network topologh and different jobs＇ communicaiton mode.The paper analysis the communication mode of some standard benchmark and typical jobs, and simulate with two majority network topologies for analysising the applicability.
