摘　　要：本文从云计算和大数据时代国家、军队安全的视角，分析了云计算和大数据面临的外部和内在安全风险，就建立云计算和数据时代国家和军队信息安全战略、加快新型信息安全技术手段研究、建设安全管理制度体系等方面提出了对策建议。As viewed from the nation and army security in the age of cloud computing and big data, this paper analyzes inner and outer security risks faced to cloud computing and big data, and proposes some measures at aspects of establishing information security stratagems on nation and army, accelerating the research on new techniques of information security, and building regulations and systems of the safety management.
