加拿大图书馆电子书购买许可模式与借阅政策研究

摘　　要：[目的 /意义]了解加拿大电子书的发展情况,调研梳理加拿大图书馆电子书购买许可模式与借阅政策,为国内图书馆电子书借阅政策的制定提供参考。[方法 /过程]通过文献调研和个案分析的方法总结加拿大图书馆电子书购买许可模式及借阅规则,通过网站调研的方法了解和分析加拿大2012年电子书支付费用前15名公共图书馆的电子书借阅政策。[结果 /结论]加拿大图书馆电子书购买实践中存在5种以上的购买许可模式,电子书借阅也制定了非常完善的借阅政策。国内图书馆界需借鉴加拿大的成功经验,丰富电子书购买许可模式,强化相关学协会作用并从实际出发制定本馆较为完善的电子书借阅政策。[ Purpose/significance ] This paper introduces eBook development situation of Canada and investigates Canadian library eBook e - lending policies to provide a reference for the formulation of eBook e - lending policies of domestic libraries. [ Method/process] Through literature analysis and case research, this paper summarizes Canadian library books purchase licensing model and borrowing rules. It also investigates 15 public libraries websites for eBook e - lending policies according to the rank of Canadian Public Library eBook Payment 2012. [ Result/conclusion] There are more than 5 kinds of eBook purchase license model and very perfect eBook lending policies in Canadian libraries eBook purcasing and user using practices. Domestic libraries need to learn from the successful experience of Canada, which includes riching eBook puchase license models, strengthening the role of relevant association, developping more perfect e - book lending policies from the actual.
