摘 要:斜转台三轴天线工作温湿度在-40℃’+65℃和20%-100%RH,设计温湿度监控系统以确保天线在极端条件下满足工作环境要求。在斜转台三轴天线的方位舱、俯仰舱、第三轴和中心体内安装温湿度变送器,将温湿度数据采集变换为4~20mA标准工业信号,传输到温湿度显示器上进行显示。温湿度显示器通过RS-485协议与PLC、ACU通信,温湿度不满足工作环境要求的情况下,控制热风机实现温湿度调控。通过实际检测,此方法监控温湿度安装简便、效果显著。Temperature-humidity at -40 ℃-+65 ℃ and 20%-100% RH are the tilt-table three-axis antenna operating ambient conditions, temperature-humidity monitor-control system is designed to make the antenna meet the requirements of the work environment in extreme conditions. The temperature-humidity transmitters are installed in azimuth cabin, elevation cabin, the tilt-axis cabin and the central body cabin of the tilt-table three-axis antenna. Temperature-humidity data are transformed into 4-20 mA standard industrial signal transmission and then are displayed on the temperature-humidity monitoring. The monitoring communicated with PLC and ACU via RS-485 protocol. In the case of extreme conditions, the hot-air machines are operated to make the environment temperature- humidity conditions under control. It is verified the method is effective.
