摘 要:研究了不同生育期对油菜(Brassica campestris L.)追施印度梨形孢菌(Pirformaspore indica)对渍害的预防和补救作用。试验设5个处理,A为渍前苗期施加印度梨形孢菌;B为渍前初花期施入印度梨形孢菌;C为渍后结荚期施入印度梨形孢菌;D为渍水不施加印度梨形孢菌(CK),以上各处理均在油菜盛花期进行15 d渍水处理,E为不加印度梨形孢且不渍水的正常管理组。结果表明,在作物的不同生育期追施印度梨形孢菌对渍害油菜产量的恢复和抗渍性具有显著影响,以渍后结荚期追施印度梨形孢菌的效果最佳,产量为137.9 kg/667 m2,较正常管理组减产22.3%,较CK组弥补产量损失101.9%,每667 m2约增收556.8元。The biofertilizer of Pirformaspore indica was added to soli at different growth stage of oilseed to prevent water- logged disaster.There were five treatments including applying P.indica at stage of seedling before waterlogging(A),at stages of flowering before waterlogging (B),at stage of podding after waterlogging (C), waterlogging and no P.indica as CK (D),15 d wet processing was carried out in full bloom of oilseed rape. with no P.indica and no waterlogged disaster (E).The results showed that adding P.indica at different growth stages had significant effect on yield and resistance ability to oilseed rape. The best growth stage was podding stage. Under this condition, the yield was 137.9 kg/667 m2, 22.3% higher than that of the treatment E and 101.9% higher than that of CK, economic increase of 556.8 Yuan/667 m2.
