摘  要:通过新疆阿瓦提野生多脂鳞伞(Pholiota adiposa)氮源物质的选择性利用能力评价,掌握新疆野生多脂鳞伞种质资源氮代谢特性,为资源保护和种质创新提供理论依据。通过在15种不同含氮处理培养基上的菌落形态特征、菌丝体显微观察、生长量、生长速率、生长高峰期、满皿时间、达到总生长量50%的天数的分析表明,当氮源为牛肉膏、蛋白胨、酵母膏、硝酸铵、硝酸钾、硫酸铵、氯化铵、谷氨酰胺和天门冬氨酸时,多脂鳞伞LL-01菌丝体生长速度快、活力强、长势整齐、菌落形态结构完整、锁状联合发育正常。其中当有机氮为蛋白胨、无机氮为硝酸铵、氨基酸类物质为谷氨酰胺时,菌丝体总生长量分别达到77.70mm、79.90 mm和65.27 mm。阐明了多脂鳞伞对不同性质的氮源采用了不同的氮代谢途径,表现出对不同类型的含氮物质的利用速率和利用效率的差异,且具有氮源利用的多样性特征。The wild Pholiota adiposa collected from Awati in Xinjiang was evaluated by 15 different nitrogen sources. After the assessment of selective ability, it could master the characteristic of nitrogen metabolism and provide the theoretical basis for conservation and innovation of germplasm resources. The colony morphology, microscopic observation, total growth (GT), the average daily growth rate (SGT), the maximum growth (Gmax), dish full time (FT) and number of days to achieve 50% (G50) was compared with each other. The results showed that beef extract, peptone, yeast extract, ammonium nitrate, potas- sium nitrate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, glutamine and aspartate performed well in mycelium growth speed, colony morphology and clamp connection. When organic nitrogen was peptone, inorganic nitrogen was ammonium nitrate and amino acid was glutamine, the total amount of mycelia growth reached 77.70 mm, 79.90 mm and 65.27 mm, respectively. The Pholiota adiposa LL-01 took different nitrogen metabolic pathways when different kinds of nitrogen sources were supplied. There were differences in the utilization rates and the efficiency of nitrogenous substances. Pholiota adiposa has diverse char- acteristics of utilization of nitrogen sources.
